Yes. We dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and statutory holidays. Our rate doesn’t change based on when you call — no overtime or after-hours surcharges. For emergencies, call (437) 247-7856 for same-day dispatch.
We serve the full Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, East York, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Brampton. Emergency calls are prioritised for same-day dispatch across our entire service area.
No. We provide upfront, flat-rate quotes at no charge before any work begins. You’ll know exactly what the job costs before we start, and the quoted price is what you pay — scope only changes with your approval.

Yes, in most cases. An adult should be present to grant access, approve the quote, and receive the walkthrough afterward. For commercial properties, we can coordinate access directly with your property manager or facilities team.
